Rounds facilitates social golf coordination. We do not guarantee:

• Availability of tee times

• Accuracy of user-submitted information

• Compatibility between players

Participation is at your own discretion.

• In-app purchases

• Premium features

All purchases are handled through platform providers (e.g., Google Play) and are subject to their terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and features are owned by Nexera Labs Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Rounds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexera Labs Inc. is not liable for:

• User interactions

• Missed tee times

• Loss of data or damages arising from use of the app

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
