Rounds Golf (“Rounds”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Nexera Labs Inc., is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and enforcing a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Rounds strictly prohibits any content, behavior, communication, or activity involving:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Sexual exploitation of minors

• Grooming behavior

• Human trafficking

• Exploitative or predatory conduct involving minors

• Any attempt to share, promote, request, or distribute exploitative material

Users who violate these policies may have their accounts permanently suspended or terminated and may be reported to appropriate legal authorities.

2. Reporting & Moderation

Rounds provides users with tools to report inappropriate behavior, abusive content, harassment, and safety concerns within the app.

Reports are reviewed and investigated as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to:

• Remove content

• Restrict account access

• Suspend or permanently ban users

• Escalate serious violations to law enforcement or relevant child safety organizations

3. Cooperation With Authorities

Rounds complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement agencies and authorized organizations investigating child exploitation or abuse.

Where legally required, we may preserve and provide relevant account information or content to assist investigations.

4. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Rounds. Users under the age of majority in their region should only use the app with appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by law.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Interacting respectfully with others

• Reporting suspicious or unsafe behavior

• Avoiding the sharing of inappropriate or illegal content

• Following all applicable laws and platform policies
