These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply to all users of the Rounds Golf application (“Rounds”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Nexera Labs Inc.

Our goal is to create a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for golfers to connect, organize rounds, and enjoy the game together.

By using Rounds, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Respect Other Golfers

Treat all users with respect both online and in person.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others

• Use hateful, discriminatory, or abusive language

• Engage in stalking or unwanted contact

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent yourself

Rounds is intended to build positive golf communities and experiences.

2. Safe & Fair Play

Users are expected to act honestly and responsibly.

You may not:

• Falsify scores or manipulate gameplay systems

• Abuse challenge, XP, leaderboard, or reward systems

• Create fake accounts or duplicate accounts

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended app behavior

Rounds reserves the right to remove unfair progress, rewards, or accounts involved in abuse.

3. Tee Time Conduct

When participating in rounds organized through Rounds:

• Show up on time

• Communicate respectfully with players

• Respect golf course rules and staff

• Play responsibly and safely

Users who repeatedly no-show, harass players, or create unsafe experiences may lose access to matchmaking or account features.

4. Appropriate Content

Any content uploaded or shared on Rounds must remain appropriate for a general audience.

This includes:

• Profile photos

• Usernames

• Bios

• Messages

• Group chats

• Uploaded media

You may not post:

• Nudity or sexual content

• Violent or graphic content

• Illegal content

• Hate speech

• Spam or scams

• Content promoting dangerous or illegal activity

Rounds may remove content at our discretion.

5. Messaging & Communication

Direct messages and group chats are intended for golf-related social interaction.

You may not use Rounds to:

• Send spam or advertisements

• Harass or threaten users

• Request sensitive financial or personal information

• Conduct fraudulent activity

Users should use caution when meeting people in person.

Rounds does not perform background checks on users.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account and activity.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security

• Keeping login credentials private

• Activity performed under your account

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

7. Reporting & Enforcement

Users may report:

• Harassment

• Abuse

• Inappropriate content

• Fake accounts

• Unsafe behavior

• Cheating or manipulation

Rounds reserves the right to:

• Remove content

• Restrict features

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Reset unfair progression or rewards

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account removal.

8. Real-World Safety

Please use good judgment when interacting with others.

Rounds facilitates golf coordination between users but does not guarantee:

• User behavior

• User identity accuracy

• Safety of in-person interactions

• Tee time availability

Participation in golf rounds and meetups is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Protecting the Community

We encourage users to help maintain a positive environment.

Please:

• Be welcoming to new golfers

• Respect pace of play

• Encourage sportsmanship

• Report harmful behavior when necessary

Rounds is designed to grow the game through positive social experiences.

10. Changes to Guidelines

We may update these Guidelines periodically.

Continued use of Rounds after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
